Room 112 is great with the nicest view in the place. Overlookng the pool and the canal. The staff is very accommodating. The amenities are wonderful. Kayaks can be used at no charge and a nice inexpensive excursion while staying here. Kingsail itself is centrally located in the Keys and we managed to travel to key West and Key Largo and everywhere in between during our stay. I hope to be back again and will definitely be staying at Kingsail.

I was very impressed with the resort. It’s not fancy but it was clean, we had a stove, microwave, afull size refrigerator, couch and table. Staff was very friendly and gave us a late check out without any hassle. Excellent place for the price.

My best friend got married recently and we all got the pleasure of staying here for the weekend and I was super impressed! The staff was phenomenal, Wanda in particular. She really went above and beyond and you can guarantee we will be back! And this place will always get my recommendation. Thankyou for the best vacation experience!

Big room, comfy beds, great shower. Staff really friendly and helpful. Nice pool overlooking the water. Only stayed one night but would stay again when in area.

Was based in Miami on vacation but had planned a trip to the keys so chose Kingsale Resort for our overnight stay. Check in was a smooth and the lady behind the desk (apologies cannot remember her name) was super sweet and helpful and instructions were clear and easy to understand. Had great parking outside our room. Nice large room with two large beds and the cutest throws on them. Nice equipped kitchenette, large bathroom with wardorbe/frame and awesome large shower. We also were lucky to have an area we could sit outside in that was completely surrounded by mosquito nets. Right across the road you have the cutest diner Wooden Spoon and plenty of gas stations that are well stocked. Cannot comment on supermarkets nearby as did not look into or use them. If we were in the area again we would definitely stay at KSR again, thanks guys

Everything was perfect including destination. Rooms were renovated and new looking, very clean and comfortable. I see some bad comments but I believe lots of changes were made from that time those people went. Kayak is free you can use it to go to open ocean. Free coffee every morning is served on the dock. On top of everything the man took us to the bus station completely free for what we are extremely grateful and thankful. If you want to experience nice quiet environment and get a bus to go to key west easy - book here. Oh yes and laundry is 3$ only for wash and dry.

A very nice place to stay for a few nights and explore the area of the keys. The people at the reception were very friendly, and the room was very spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there. The kayaking, the sun terrace with grills, and the pool were excellent and all very well maintained. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend this accommodation.

10/10 recommend staying at Kingsail. Extremely clean rooms and great pool. The property manager Derek went above and beyond with anything that’s needed. There were people working all day, every day on the landscaping and making sure everything is top shape. It’s extremely quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay the next time I’m in Marathon. Loved seeing the couple of chickens and lizards. The pool is very nice and has a wheelchair lift if needed since it’s a couple stairs up. The wooden spoon across the street is an excellent place to grab some breakfast. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Sad we had to cut our trip a day short.

Wanda is an absolute gem. Her kindness is a welcoming charm that made this resort 5 stars easily. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, they have kayaks/lifejackets/whistles(FWC requirement) and dry bags complimentary for guests. The kids liked the pool. You can kayak through a little inlet out and it's not very far to get to the gulf. You can fish off the docks, which my husband enjoyed. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.
